All sessions are provided virtually to clients located throughout North Carolina.

Yes. Because I’m licensed to provide therapy in North Carolina, you must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of your therapy session. Since sessions are virtual, I work with adults throughout the state.

The complimentary 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Yes. Thriving Therapy accepts select commercial insurance plans and North Carolina Medicaid plans. See the Fees & Insurance page for current information.

Yes. Private-pay therapy is available at $165 per session.

That's okay. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Part of our work can be understanding what's happening, identifying patterns, and deciding what you want to change.
